How many revisions do you offer?

Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be requested at an hourly rate or a set fee, depending on the project agreement.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, rush services are available for an additional fee. Availability depends on our current workload, so please contact us as soon as possible if you’re on a tight deadline.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure your project on our calendar. Remaining payments are due are due on the dates outlined in the signed proposal. 

 

Can you work with my existing brand/logo?

Absolutely! We can update, refine, or expand upon your existing brand elements to keep everything consistent and professional.

What if I’m not satisfied with the design?

Client satisfaction is a top priority. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re happy with the result. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
